Referral

Referrals from GPs and Specialists can be sent to fax 0354425778 or bendigopaintherapy@gmail.com. We are also on Argus and Healthlink for secure correspondence.

To access Medicare rebates a referral from your doctor is required.  WorkCover and TAC patients can have fees fully covered under your claim with approval from your insurer for psychology treatment.  A GP referral is usually required by the insurer to gain approval. Self referral for private clients is also available. NDIS client’s can arrange for their fees to be billed directly to their Plan Provider.

Fees

The cost of a 50 minute consultation during business hours is currently $195.00. For patients with a Mental Health Plan Medicare will credit your bank account with a rebate of $98.95. Patients with a current Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card may be eligible for a fee of $140.00 .

Fees are payable by direct deposit. EFTPOS, Visa, or MasterCard payments are available.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice, otherwise you may be charged the cost of the consultation.
